Hi, I'm James Smith.  I was born and raised in Tucson Arizona. Both my parents were successful school teachers. They taught me the value of hard work, the value of service, and the power of teaching others to be successful. I developed my initial interest in real estate as a youth while helping to build church buildings in my home town.

Since then I have been investing in real estate full-time for over 3 decades. I have had the privilege of speaking on stage with every living United States President and have shared the stage with such speakers as Donald Trump, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Tom Hopkins, John Walsh, William Danko, George Foreman, Steve Young, The Duchess of York, and Jane Seymour and others.  Yet, I am most proud of my incredible family and the amazing things that each of them are doing to help give back to society.

My son Justin literally brought me to tears when he surprised me by starting a foundation in honor of my father called, The Floyd Smith Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing resources to under-served healthcare communities. To date, all actions taken by the Floyd Smith Foundation have been performed by volunteers and not one dime has been allocated to anything other than their projects and basic administrations. Justin is the one who told me about uPlej and I am so glad he did. I encourage all I meet to get involved and join my network.
